Vacuum Dewatered Flooring, popularly known as VDF, also known as Tremix or Monolithic Industrial Flooring.

When concrete is placed, it is vibrated and surplus water present in the concrete is with the help of vacuum pump thereby reducing the water cement ratio to an optimum level.

Removal of water immediately after placing the concrete leads to improvement in the concrete properties such as high strength, durability, longer life, better finish and faster work.

This floor is suitable for high abrasion and heavy traffic movement. 

VDF flooring can be done in skid free and smooth finish flooring as per requirement.
